There are many varieties of bad management. There are the ones who don’t support you or your interests, at all. There are the ones who want to take credit for everything, and never share it with the people who actually did the work. There are the insecure ones, overcompensating, belligerent, bad communicators, and so on.

I mean, the list of how to be bad at your job is virtually endless. I’ve seen a few in my experience. More on this in future posts.

And if you think I’m “complaining” too much, thank you, good day. Here’s my space to let go of all those eyerolls and sarcastic thoughts, and just… write them out of my brain. Then I move on with fresh thoughts, most of which are way happier.
